Traveling to and around Oahu
Getting to Oahu
Fly into Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL)
We recommend booking early as flights are now available for October 2026.
Please plan to land no later than 2PM on Friday, October 9th to make it in time for our welcome event (though we suggest arriving on Thursday, October 8th to settle in before festivities begin).
For those flying internationally, remember to check your passports!
Getting around Oahu
Rental Cars
We recommend renting a car to explore the island (Turo is also an option). You can rent at the airport or later in Waikiki.
Ample parking is also available at our wedding venue *should you choose to drive - and around the island. In Waikiki, free and metered street parking takes time to find, but valet parking is plentiful.
Shuttles
On the day of the wedding, we will be providing shuttle transportation to/from the venue for all guests staying in Waikiki. Pickup & drop off location is at our hotel block - the Sheraton Waikiki (2255 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815).
Other options
If you’re staying in Waikiki, you’re in a central location: walking, biking (Biki app), and ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are easy ways to get around. If you’d like to explore outside of this area, we’d recommend getting a rental car.
All wedding-related events hosted on Friday and Sunday will be nearby so these other forms of transportation work well.
